Cherie’s Warriewood Renovation

This episode showcases Cherie transforming a 1969 red brick home into a modern masterpiece.  Homeowners Dan and Naomi are expecting their first child in a matter of months and the nesting phase has begun.  With a new arrival on the way security and safety are high on the list of priorities along with creating an entrance with real wow factor.  Dan is a licenced electrician which helped to reduce the labour costs however this was still a large project for the team.

 

 

RENOVATION STRATEGY:

The main objective of the renovation was to radically improve the street appeal of the property.  This will be accomplished by adding bulk and scale to the property and creating a sense of entry.  The renovation will also focus on improving the security of the home.  This work required will include:
