Definitions

1. “YHDC” – Your Home Discounts Card, is a product of Renovating For Profit Pty Ltd (ABN 18 137 388 455).

2. “Membership” – Your 12-month access to our online portal & all its juicy discounts.

3. “We / Us” – Renovating For Profit Pty Ltd.

4. “Supplier Offers” – Any discounts, eGift cards or promos we wrangle for you from third-party suppliers.

5. “The Ambassador Card” – A bonus discount program automatically included with your YHDC membership.

Membership Details

6. A 12-month YHDC membership costs $99.95 unless you snag a promo. After that, it’s $99.95/year, auto renewed.

7. Your membership kicks off on your purchase date & lasts a full year.

8. One membership = one individual. No sharing the love (or the login).

9. Membership is non-refundable. You get instant access to discounts so no cooling-off period applies under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Your membership auto-renews each year, but don’t worry – we’ll email you twice beforehand with a heads-up so you can easily opt out if you wish, before your card gets charged. Didn’t opt out in time? The $99.95 renewal will be charged to your card, no refunds.

11. You can opt out of auto-renewal anytime in your account settings & still enjoy access to all our offers until your membership expiry date.

Bunnings Discounts – Read This Bit Carefully

12. You’ll need an existing or new Bunnings PowerPass account to access our Bunnings discounts. To open a new Bunnings PowerPass account, you’ll need to have an ABN.

13. Email us your Bunnings PowerPass account name & account number (from the top of your Bunnings receipts) & you’ll then be linked to our national member account within 2 business days.

14. If you don’t renew your YHDC membership, we’ll unfortunately have to cut the cord with your Bunnings PowerPass. You’ll go back to the regular ol’ PowerPass pricing – still decent, but not as juicy as ours.

The Ambassador Card – Bonus Perks

15. YHDC automatically includes a free 12-month membership to The Ambassador Card – think bonus savings on all the big brands across Australia.

16. The Ambassador Card is automatically tied / linked with your YHDC membership dates so you don’t need to access two separate systems.

17. Some supplier offers require you to show a digital membership card in-store which our portal will automatically produce for you on your mobile phone or computer screen. Only a small handful of suppliers require a digital card, most don’t.

18. Click any offer in the portal, take a screenshot of your card & save it to your phone for in-store use.

19. Some deals are online-only.

20. For some gift cards, you’ll need to use the full cash amount in one go. This varies by supplier. Most allow you to use your credit as you go.

21. Cancelling your YHDC auto-renewal? Your Ambassador Card will also expire.

22. Membership is for one person only – no passing it around.

23. Renew your YHDC membership & your Ambassador Card perks automatically keep going for another 12 months at no extra cost.

24. If The Ambassador Card ever shuts down (unlikely, but possible), benefits may end immediately or within 1 year’s notice.
