What Type Of Renovation Tool Are You?

What type of reno tool are you?

There are definitely different personalities on the renovation site. So which are you? And who would you best partner with?

Palm Sander

A Palm Sander renovator is someone who likes a smooth approach when dealing with the tradies. They avoid conflict at all costs. Consider them like a genie and be sure to rub them the right way. Partners well with Level renovators, keeping things smooth and even.

Screwdriver

A Screwdriver renovator is someone who likes to really drive down their costs to maximise profits. Partners well with a Tape Measure and they balance each other out well.

Drill

A Drill renovator is a great leader … like an army drill sergeant, Drills are always on top of their project management. Partners well with a Palm Sander Renovator. They’re smooth operators together.

Spanner

A Spanner renovator may go back and forward or around in circles until they finalise their decisions. However, once finalised, they tighten their reigns and achieve their desired renovation outcome. Partners well with a Plier renovator – they work well putting things back together.

Hammer

Stop Hammer time! Hammer renovators are typically at their local RSL on a Friday night to celebrate their reno wins across the week with 80’s music on repeat. Partners well with a Drill renovator to keep each other on track.

Level

The Level renovators keeps a level head! They keep their cool, are on time and under budget and keep the reno rolling. They balance a budget and keep their cool on site. Partners well with a Tape Measure renovator, ensuring their approach to every project is measured and balanced.

Ladder

The Ladder renovator takes one step at a time. Their steady approach makes sure they reach the top, not just on budget but safely! Partners well with a Spanner renovator

Tape measure

Size does matter to Tape Measure renovators, especially when it comes to minute details in their renovations. They can get lost in the detail while their timeline and budgets blow out. Partners well with a Level renovator to keep their eyes on the big picture.

Wrench

A Wrench renovator always has a good grip on their reno plan and they’re not afraid to get their hands dirty. Partners well with a Ladder renovator in making their climb to the top is safe.

Saw

A Saw renovator likes to see things in twos and can end up taking twice as long to do things. On the bright side, they always see both sides of an argument and can be a balanced negotiator for their renovations. Partners well with a Palm Sander to keep all things smooth.

Pliers

A Plier renovator likes to pull things apart, so are probably more suited to demolition than putting it all back together. Partners well with a Wrench renovator to get the reno done right.
